Scope
This document specifies methods for the determination of calcium, magnesium, iron, and aluminium, using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS), or inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES). The test sample is decomposed using either acid pressure digestion, or acid pressure microwave digestion.
