Scope: This standard specifies the timing and requirements, main content and methods, determination of defects and defect categories, and quality level assessment of general-purpose ammunition (hereinafter referred to as ammunition) technical inspection. This standard is applicable to the technical inspection of ammunition by the rear warehouses and troops of the whole army, and also applies to the technical inspection of ammunition by the ammunition professional technical support agencies at all levels of the whole army.
