- Scope
- This standard specifies the method for measuring the size of laminar tobacco. This standard applies to sheet tobacco that is mechanically threshed and hand-torn, and to any type of leaf, including flue-cured, burley, and cigar leaf. This test method consists of sampling tobacco laminae and passing the sample through a four-pan quality control shaker.
