This standard stipulates the overall requirements for environmental protection acceptance surveys on completed construction projects with ecological impact, implementation plans and preparation requirements for survey reports. This standard applies to transportation (roads, railways, urban roads and rail transit, ports and shipping, pipeline transportation, etc.), water conservancy and hydropower, oil and natural gas extraction, mining and selection, power production (wind power), agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, etc. Industry, fishery, tourism and other industries, as well as marine and coastal zone development, high-voltage power transmission and transformation lines and other construction projects that mainly affect the ecology, as well as environmental protection acceptance surveys for the completion of regional and river basin development projects.
