Scope: This standard specifies the product classification and identification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, transportation and storage requirements of hollow polyester staple fibers for filling. This standard is applicable to the quality assessment of silicone or silicone-free hollow polyester short fibers for filling, which are produced from polyethylene terephthalate and have a linear density of 1.67dtex to 22.22dtex. Other types of hollow short fibers can be used as reference.
