This standard specifies the requirements for small halogen and non-halogen lamps with a rated voltage not greater than 30 V and a rated power not greater than 25 W. Including: - bulbs used on road motor vehicles, not covered by regulations and therefore not included in IEC 60809 (Chapter 2); - flashlight bulbs (Chapter 3); - lamp bulbs for mine headlights (Chapter 4 chapter). See GB/T 21095 for requirements on aircraft light bulbs. This standard specifies dimensions, optoelectronic performance requirements, and requirements regarding lifetime and mechanical strength. Note: These requirements are for product bulbs. Individual bulbs may not be fully within these requirements, which requires the conditions of conformity, which are specified in the corresponding chapter. For some of the requirements specified in this standard, see the "Related Lamp Data Sheet". For some lamps, the data sheet is included in this standard. For other lamps falling within the scope of this standard, the relevant data are provided by the lamp manufacturer or the responsible seller. This standard can also be used for future development of light sources, for example, light sources that emit light from light-emitting diodes (LEDs).
