- This standard specifies the main characteristics and signs of three-strand, four-strand and eight-strand polyester multifilament ropes. This standard is applicable to identify the quality of ropes with a linear density of 11.8 ktex to 19 400 ktex and a reference diameter of 4 mm to 160 mm.
