This part of GB/T 6730 specifies the potassium dichromate titration method for the determination of total iron content after reduction of iron by titanium trichloride. This standard applies to natural iron ores, iron concentrates and agglomerates, including the determination of total iron content in sintered products. Measuring range (mass fraction): 30.0% to 72.0%.
