- This calibration specification specifies the measurement characteristics, calibration conditions, calibration items, calibration methods, processing of calibration results and recalibration time intervals of non-contact electrostatic voltmeters. This calibration specification is applicable to the calibration of newly manufactured (or newly purchased), in use and repaired 10V ~ 2OKV non-contact electrostatic voltmeters. The calibration of non-contact electrostatic voltmeters exceeding 2OKV can also be used as a reference. This calibration specification does not apply to the calibration of contact electrostatic voltmeters.
