- This part of SN/T 1891 specifies the hygienic requirements and inspection methods for polycarbonate resin used in imported and exported microwave food containers and packaging materials. This section applies to bisphenol A polycarbonate resin formed by melt polymerization. It can be used to make containers and packaging materials that directly or indirectly come into contact with imported and exported microwave foods, but it is not suitable for contact with high-concentration ethanol foods.
