Scope
This standard specifies the scope, terms and definitions, classification, raw materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, transportation and storage, usage regulations and factory certificates of unbonded prestressed concrete pipe products. This standard applies to unbonded steel strands as prestressed tendons, manufactured using the post-tensioning process, with a nominal inner diameter of 1800mm to 4800mm, pipeline operating pressure or hydrostatic pressure not exceeding 1.2MPa, and the top soil covering depth of the pipe not exceeding 10m. Socket-type prestressed concrete pipe. In environments that have an impact on the life of the pipe body and sealing rings (such as medium vibration, high temperature, corrosion, radiation, etc.), effective measures should be taken before use. Pipes manufactured in accordance with this standard can be used in urban water supply systems, drainage systems, industrial and water conservancy pipelines, farmland irrigation, factory pipe networks and deep soil culverts, etc.
