Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of slag bricks. This standard applies to solid slag bricks made from slag as the main raw material, mixed with an appropriate amount of lime (cement, carbide slag), mixed, pressed, steamed or autoclaved. Slag bricks are mainly used for walls and foundations of general buildings.
