Scope: This standard specifies the diagnostic criteria and treatment principles for occupational acute trialkyltin poisoning. This standard applies to the diagnosis and treatment of acute poisoning caused by short-term exposure to relatively large amounts of trialkyltin compounds in occupational activities. The diagnosis and treatment of acute poisoning caused by exposure to tetraalkyltin compounds and non-occupational acute trialkyltin compound poisoning can also be implemented by reference.
