- This standard specifies the method for monitoring the concentration of aromatic hydrocarbons in the workplace air. This standard applies to the determination of the concentration of aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, styrene, p-tert-butyltoluene, divinylbenzene) in the air of workplaces.
