Scope
This specification sets out the basic principles to be considered for laboratory tissue comparisons and describes the factors that should be considered in tissue and action measurement comparisons. This specification is applicable to operators and users of various types of railway laboratories (testing, calibration and testing) or part of them for proficiency comparison or verification. It is especially suitable for laboratory proficiency verification, in-laboratory, two or more experiments. Inter-room comparison and enterprise measurement process control, etc., to facilitate self-assessment of laboratory testing or calibration capabilities. This specification can also be used as a reference for technical management of measuring equipment at railway production sites.
