Scope

This standard specifies the measurement method for the retroreflective brightness coefficient of horizontal coating materials. This standard is applicable to laboratory testing of the retroreflective brightness coefficient of horizontal coatings on pavement materials such as road marking paint, road preformed marking strips and pavement markings.
