Scope

This part of GB/T 10826 specifies the terms and definitions of fuel injection pumps for compression ignition engines (diesel engines), in order to provide common vocabulary for technical communication of fuel injection pumps and computer management of maintenance parts. This standard is a supplement to GB/T 1883. Note 1: When the words "fuel" or "injection" are used in the listed terms, "fuel" or "fuel injection" can be omitted as long as it does not cause misunderstanding. Note 2: In the definition of a term, when a term that has already been defined appears, it is indicated in boldface, and the clause number where the term is defined is marked with brackets thereafter.
