- This standard specifies the isolation and morphology of parasite eggs (including Ascaris, Ancylostoma, Trichuris, Trichostrongylus eggs and Isopsopoa oocysts) in pickles and other plant-derived foods. Identification and fluorescence PCR identification of Ascaris eggs.
