Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of nitrophosphate and potassium nitrate fertilizers. This standard applies to fertilizers with a nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratio of about 2:1, which are mainly processed by decomposing phosphate rock with nitric acid, and fertilizers that are made by adding potassium salts during the production process.
