Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, and order form or contract requirements for aluminum fluoride. This standard applies to aluminum fluoride produced by the action of hydrogen fluoride or hydrofluoric acid and aluminum hydroxide. Aluminum fluoride is mainly used to adjust the molecular ratio of the aluminum electrolyte.
