Scope

This part specifies the instruments, equipment and materials, test preparation, test procedures and result processing for determining the pressure resistance of primary explosives. This part is applicable to the determination of the maximum charge pressure that the primary explosive can withstand when it is detonated under certain charge conditions and the secondary explosive is completely detonated.
