- Scope
- This standard specifies the method for testing the water content of the working fluid of the aircraft hydraulic system using the coulometric method and the volumetric method based on the Karl Fischer principle. This standard is applicable to the detection of water content in the working fluid of the aircraft hydraulic system, and the working fluid of other systems can be implemented as a reference. It is not suitable for the detection of working fluids containing aldehydes, ketones, and phosphorus products.
