Scope

This part of GJB 843 specifies the basic requirements to be met in the design of the reactor protection system of submarine nuclear power plant (hereinafter referred to as "protection system"). It is applicable to the design of reactor protection system of submarine nuclear power plant, and can be used as a reference for the design of reactor protection system of nuclear power plant of other ships.
