- This standard specifies a method for determining the apparent viscosity of polyvinyl chloride plastic paste prepared from polyvinyl chloride (PVc) resin and plasticizer using a severs rheometer at high shear rates. This standard is particularly suitable for preparation according to GB/T 2199l "Planetary mixer method for the preparation of polyvinyl chloride (PVc) paste for plastic testing" or GB/T 16613 "Preparation of polyvinyl chloride (PVc) paste for testing using a disperser method" "Standard plasticizer".
