Scope: This standard specifies the general provisions for the general test items of communication power supply equipment (hereinafter referred to as the equipment under test): test instrumentation equipment and requirements, test locations, test conditions and methods, and calculation methods. This standard applies to rectifiers for communication, high-frequency switch combination power supply, DC-DC conversion equipment, inverter equipment, power distribution equipment, AC regulated power supply equipment, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for communication and chargers for mobile phone .
