Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of polyurethane casting molding machines. This standard applies to polyurethane casting molding machines (hereinafter referred to as "casting molding machines") that produce polyurethane soles (or continuous upper molding) in the shoemaking industry.
