- This regulation stipulates the measurement performance requirements, general technical requirements, verification items and verification methods of the special axle (wheel) weight instrument for motor vehicle inspection [hereinafter referred to as the (axle (wheel) weight instrument)]. This procedure is applicable to the initial calibration, subsequent calibration and in-use inspection of special axle (wheel) weight instruments for motor vehicle testing.
