- This standard specifies the determination of myo-inositol content in aquatic additive premixed feeds by gas chromatography and ion chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of myo-inositol content in aquatic additive premixed feeds; it is also applicable to other additive premixed feeds containing myoinositol. The minimum detection limit of gas chromatography method is 2μg; the minimum detection limit of ion chromatography method is 1ng.
