- This standard stipulates the production objectives, production area conditions and high-yield, high-quality and efficient production technology for seedling transplanted cotton. This standard applies to the south of the Huaihe River in Hubei Province, Hunan Province, Jiangxi Province, Sichuan Province, Zhejiang Province, Chongqing City, Anhui Province, south of the Subei Irrigation Canal in Jiangsu Province, Nanyang City in Henan Province and Xinyang Yangtze River Basin Cotton Area Seedling production of transplanted cotton.
