Scope
This standard specifies guidance for the selection of methods for the protection of metals and alloys from atmospheric corrosion. Applicable to instruments and products made of structural metal materials under atmospheric corrosion conditions. The corrosiveness of the atmospheric environment is one of the important factors that need to be considered when choosing a protection method reasonably.
