Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial beryllium oxide. This standard applies to industrial beryllium oxide produced by the sulfuric acid method. This product is mainly used in the production of beryllium copper alloy.
