- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking, storage and transportation of positive thermal CTP plates. This standard applies to positive-image thermal CTP plates made with an aluminum plate base as a support and coated with a heat-sensitive layer. Used for plate making using a computer-to-plate-setting machine with a laser light source of 830mm wavelength.
