Scope: This standard specifies the general requirements for cleaner production. This standard divides cleaner production standards into five categories, namely production process and equipment requirements, resource and energy utilization indicators, pollutant generation indicators (before terminal treatment), waste recycling indicators and environmental management requirements. This standard is applicable to the cleaner production audit and the judgment of cleaner production potential and opportunities in the paper industry (kraft chemical wood pulp production process), as well as the cleaner production performance assessment and cleaner production performance announcement system. This standard applies to the pulp and paper industry, that is, the production of natural kraft chemical wood pulp and the production of bleached kraft chemical wood pulp.
