- This standard specifies the basic safety requirements for packing of dangerous goods in containers, pre-packing preparations, dangerous goods loading operating rules, sealing operations, post-packing requirements, and safety technical requirements such as records and documents. This standard applies to the packing of shipping dangerous goods containers and is the basis for the transportation, warehousing, production, operation and supervision management departments to control and inspect the safety and quality of packing.
