- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of biodiesel (BD100) for diesel engine fuel blending. The products covered by this standard can be used as components and blended with mineral diesel to form diesel engine fuel that meets relevant diesel standards. Diesel engine fuel blended with mineral diesel oil from products covered by this standard is suitable for compression ignition engines such as automobiles, tractors, diesel locomotives, construction machinery, ships, and generator sets.
