This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of food additive emulsified flavors. This standard is applicable to the analysis and evaluation of the quality of the oil-in-water emulsified essence prepared by emulsifying and homogenizing raw materials such as edible spices, emulsifiers, distilled water or deionized water.
