- This standard specifies the methods for the determination of moisture and other volatile substances in feed. This method applies to animal feed, with the following exceptions: milk products; minerals; mixtures containing significant amounts of milk products and minerals, such as milk replacers; animal feed containing humectants; the following single animal beverages: animal and vegetable oils; Oilseeds; Oilseed cakes; Cereals, excluding maize and cereal products; Maize.
