Scope

This standard specifies the testing environment, testing instruments, testing requirements and testing procedures for satellite propellant leakage at launch sites. This standard applies to the leak detection of satellite monopropellants (anhydrous hydrazine) and bipropellants (methylhydrazine, dinitrogen tetroxide) at launch sites. Engine test bench and propellant production, storage and transportation can be used as reference. The launch vehicle propellant system can also be used by reference.
