Scope

This standard specifies the definition, classification criteria, classification, content and implementation requirements of risk subjects for scientific research and flight tests of manned military fixed-wing aircraft and rotorcraft. This standard is applicable to the division and determination of military fixed-wing aircraft and rotorcraft scientific research flight test risk subjects: it is the basis for determining the risk category when formulating the flight test program, implementing new aircraft design finalization test and scientific research flight training.
