This regulation stipulates the minimum requirements for the design, manufacturing, inspection and testing of sealless centrifugal pumps, their drivers and auxiliary equipment in the petrochemical industry. This provision applies to the engineering design and equipment procurement of sealless centrifugal pumps (including magnetic drive centrifugal pumps and canned pumps) for petrochemical industry. According to different parameter ranges, sealless centrifugal pumps can be divided into medium and light load sealless centrifugal pumps and heavy load sealless centrifugal pumps. The parameter range of medium and light load sealless centrifugal pumps should meet the following conditions at the same time: 1) The rated discharge pressure is less than or equal to 1.9MPa (G); 2) The pumping temperature (medium temperature) is less than or equal to 150 ℃; 3) The rated speed Less than or equal to 300Or/min (the speed can be increased by 5% when driven by the steam turbine); 4) The rated lift is less than or equal to 120m; 5) The maximum suction pressure is less than or equal to 0.5MPa (G); 6) The maximum impeller diameter of the cantilever pump is less than or equal to Equal to 330mm; 7) The maximum power of the driver is less than or equal to 11OKW. Beyond the above parameter range, it is classified as a heavy-duty sealless centrifugal pump. For items not covered by these regulations, medium and light load sealless centrifugal pumps can be manufactured according to IS0 5199, IS0 15783, ASME B 73.3M or manufacturer standards, and heavy load sealless centrifugal pumps can be manufactured according to API 610, API 685 and other standards. This provision does not apply to centrifugal pumps with shaft seals.
