Scope

This standard specifies the safety of electric fumigators for domestic and similar uses with a rated power of 250 V or less. NOTE 101 Examples of equipment within the scope of this standard are electric incense burners and electric fumigators. They may be plugged directly into a socket outlet or connected to the mains supply using a flexible cable and plug.
