Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the construction behavior and quality of hydraulic roller compacted asphalt concrete. This standard is applicable to the construction of roller-compacted asphalt concrete in large and medium-sized hydropower and water conservancy projects. Other similar projects can be implemented as a reference.
