- This part of SN/T 1843 specifies the quality requirements, inspection and judgment of imported and exported static AC energy meters. This section applies to the import and export inspection of indoor and outdoor static AC energy meters consisting of one or more measuring elements and counters installed in the same case. Scope of application of this section: a) Class 1 and Class 2 static AC active energy meters; b) Class 0.2 S and Class 0.5 S static AC active energy meters (only suitable for indoor use). c) Level 2 and Level 3 static AC reactive energy meters.
