- This part of SN/T 1828 stipulates the classification, testing and category determination of imported and exported civilian explosive dangerous goods, divides the classification procedures and methods of civilian explosive dangerous goods, and stipulates the determination of assembly groups of civilian explosive dangerous goods , assembly requirements. This section is applicable to classification tests of the hazardous characteristics of civilian explosives and dangerous goods. This section does not apply to tests on the hazards of the following goods: ——the hazards of military explosives; ——the hazards of explosives in the production process; ——the hazards of unpackaged explosive substances in transportation; ——Dangers caused by the influence of static electricity or electromagnetic fields; ——Dangers caused by improper or illegal operation; ——Special risks caused by other abnormal transportation conditions.
