This standard specifies the procedures, techniques and methods for plant quarantine agencies to implement isolation and quarantine of plants introduced from abroad at plant quarantine isolation sites. This standard applies to the isolation and quarantine of the following introduced plants: 1.1 Plants introduced for the first time; 1.2 Host plants from countries or regions where quarantine pests occur; 1.3 According to the risk analysis report, plants that may carry dangerous pests are quarantined ; 1.4 Suspicious pests have been found during the introduction or host plants that are new pests in the place of introduction; 1.5 Issue the list of plants prohibited from entry into the country stipulated in the current quarantine regulations, and introduce plants with quarantine permission due to special needs; 1.6 Quarantine Other introduced plants deemed by the agency to require quarantine.
