- This procedure is applicable to the operation, maintenance and repair of urban gas facilities consisting of urban gas pipelines and their accessories, stations, pressure regulating and metering facilities, user facilities, gas equipment, monitoring and data acquisition systems, etc., with design pressures not exceeding 4.0MPa. . This procedure does not apply to the operation, maintenance and repair of urban gas vehicle filling stations.
