This part specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of lighting fixtures for double-ended fluorescent lamps (hereinafter referred to as "lights"). This section applies to lighting fixtures for double-ended fluorescent lamps in railway passenger cars.
