Scope

The measurement methods described in the chapters of Part 2 of this series of standards are applicable to subsystems including those that are not part of the simulated system (such as antennas). These methods are intended to include measurements of electrical properties that affect the performance of radio relay systems and should be used in conjunction with Part 1 of this series of standards, "Measurements common to subsystems and simulated systems." Since the values of each parameter to be measured will be given in the technical conditions of the equipment, they are not specified in this standard.
