- This standard specifies test methods for the activity, particle radial crushing strength, abrasion rate, bulk sulfur content, loss on ignition and chemical composition of carbon monoxide medium temperature shift catalysts. This standard applies to B107, B107-1, B108, B109, B110-2, B111 and B112 carbon monoxide medium-temperature shift catalysts used to produce hydrogen by adding water vapor to carbon monoxide in ammonia synthesis and gallium hydrogen plants.
