- This standard specifies a method forThedetermination of constituent materials of a testsample cut from a glass-reinforced plastics (GRP)component intended for use in a piping system. Itincludes determination of resin, glass, aggregateand filler contents, and determination of the typeand arrangement of the constituent glass layers.Two burning temperatures are given, related toThestability of the glass reinforcement at elevatedtemperatures.
